Refund Policy

Buddy Fitness sells personalized online workout plans and diet plans, delivered as PDF. Because every plan is made specially for you, please read this policy before you pay.

When You Can Get a Refund

You can ask for a full refund if your personalized plan has not been sent to you yet. Email or WhatsApp us with your name, phone number and payment details, and we will cancel your order.

When Refunds Are Not Possible

Once your personalized workout plan or diet plan PDF has been sent to you, the plan cannot be refunded or cancelled. This also applies if you stop following the plan, change your goal, or do not use the WhatsApp and call support during your plan validity.

Duplicate or Wrong Payments

If you paid twice by mistake or paid the wrong amount, contact us within 7 days and we will refund the extra amount.

How Refunds Are Paid

Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days.
