What this policy covers

This page explains delivery and exchange arrangements for Buddy Fitness coaching and the phone-case collection. Products bought through external retailer links follow that retailer’s delivery and returns policy.

Made-to-order phone cases

The Buddy Fitness phone-case collection is made to order. Place your order through the secure Buddy Fitness checkout. Razorpay handles payment. Production starts after your order and artwork are confirmed. Browsing a preview does not place an order.

Shipping information before payment

Phone cases are made to order for delivery within India only. Delivery is free for all direct Buddy Fitness phone-case orders to serviceable Indian addresses. Allow approximately 3–4 business days for printing and packing, Monday to Saturday; Sundays are excluded from production. Standard courier delivery usually takes another 2–5 days after dispatch, making the typical total around 5–9 days. Surface delivery can take up to 7 days after dispatch for the rest of India and 9 days for Northeast India and Jammu & Kashmir. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates; holidays, quality checks and courier delays may extend them.

Phone model and artwork

Choose the exact model, including Plus, Pro, Max, Ultra or R where applicable. A case for a similar model may not fit. Screen colours and mockups can differ from the printed item. Any personalized artwork must be reviewed before production.

Damaged, incorrect or missing items

If your direct Buddy Fitness order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, record an unboxing video when opening the parcel and email it with your order number and clear photographs to buddyfitnessin@gmail.com. Our team will review the evidence and confirm the return instructions. For approved wrong-item or damage claims, Buddy Fitness covers return collection costs. Keep the item and packaging until the review is complete. If an unboxing video is unavailable, contact us with the evidence you have so we can review your concern. Your rights under applicable law are unaffected.

Exchanges and return instructions

Customized and print-on-demand products are made specifically for your order and are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. Wrong or damaged items remain eligible for review. Email buddyfitnessin@gmail.com with your order number to request cancellation; once a customized order enters production, cancellation and change-of-mind refunds are unavailable. Do not return an item without our confirmation. After an approved returned order reaches us, we can process the agreed refund or exchange. Approved refunds are processed within 5 working days after receipt of the returned item; bank or payment-provider posting times may vary. Exchange dispatch and delivery estimates will be confirmed separately.

Coaching delivery

Personalized workout and diet plans are delivered digitally after payment and receipt of the required details. Physical shipping does not apply to coaching PDFs. The existing Cancellation and Refund policy explains cancellation before and after the personalized plan is sent.

External retailer purchases

Fitness equipment linked to Amazon or another external retailer is bought from that retailer. Its seller handles payment, shipping, cancellations and returns. Buddy Fitness does not dispatch or accept returns for those purchases.
