How do you choose dumbbells and weights?
Compare a pair with another pair before comparing prices. This collection also includes single dumbbells, plates and Indian clubs, so a headline kilogram figure can refer to a different purchase. Decide whether you need ready-to-use fixed weights, an adjustable system or extra plates for equipment you already own.
Which buying mistake should you avoid?
Buying plates without checking the rod is an easy mismatch. Confirm the plate opening and compatible handle before ordering a plate pack. For adjustable dumbbells, compare the selected weight range and adjustment method; for Indian clubs, check the individual club weight and quantity instead of treating them as a dumbbell pair.
Fixed pairs, adjustable sets and separate plates
The Lifelong and Solimo light pairs have a fixed weight per piece. FitBox Intruder lists an adjustable PVC kit, while the XRT65 listing describes dial adjustment. The SX Fitness selection is a plate pack. Don't assume rods or handles come with a plate-only listing.
Plan your storage before choosing a set
Compare the space needed for the equipment you intend to buy, including spare plates from an adjustable kit. Check the product page for dimensions and the seller's assembly instructions.

If your setup also needs weight storage racks, compare the Weight Storage Racks collection before choosing extra equipment. Check what you already own and confirm the compatible format rather than adding a bundle automatically.
If your setup also needs strength training sets, compare the Strength Training Sets collection before choosing extra equipment. Check what you already own and confirm the compatible format rather than adding a bundle automatically.
If you need a routine built around the equipment you own, explore our personalized workout and diet plans before deciding what else to buy. You can meet the Buddy Fitness coach or discuss your available equipment when planning your next step.

Frequently asked questions
Does a 20 kg set mean each dumbbell weighs 20 kg?
No. A set weight can describe the combined equipment rather than one dumbbell. The FitBox kit in this collection is listed as two 10 kg dumbbells, totalling 20 kg. Read the selected variant and the included-components section before comparing it with a single fixed-weight dumbbell.
Are all the dumbbells sold as pairs?
No. The shortlist includes pairs and a single-piece listing. The Amazon Basics 12.5 kg hex dumbbell is listed as one piece, while the light Lifelong and Solimo options are pairs. Check quantity independently of weight so you don't order one piece expecting a matching set.
What is different about the plate pack?
The SX Fitness selection is listed as four 5 kg PVC plates, rather than a ready-made pair of dumbbells. Check compatible rods, the plate opening and what the seller includes. A plate-only pack shouldn't be treated as a complete adjustable kit unless the listing explicitly includes the other parts.
Which light pairs are included?
The collection includes a red Lifelong neoprene pair and an orange Solimo neoprene pair, each listed at 1 kg per piece. The black Lifelong PVC pair is listed at 2 kg per piece.
Does an adjustable kit need assembly?
Check the adjustment method on the exact product page. The FitBox kit lists plates and rods, while the XRT65 listing describes a dial-adjustable set. These are different formats. Read the supplied instructions and included components before choosing a kit or planning where you'll store it between sessions.
Are Indian clubs the same as dumbbells?
No. The expanded selection includes wooden mugdars and a macebell as well as conventional dumbbells. Their shapes and intended movements differ.
What should I check before completing my order?
Confirm the exact option on Amazon, including the written package contents and any separately required items. Check current seller details, delivery to your address and return conditions before paying. If two listings have similar names, use the selected model and specification to confirm which product you are ordering.
Where do I place my order?
Choose a product and use its Amazon button to open the product page. Select the exact size, colour or package you want, then place your order on Amazon India. Your Amazon checkout shows the seller, final payable amount and delivery options for the item you choose.
How do I check delivery to my address?
Enter or select your delivery address on Amazon to see the options for your chosen product. Check the estimated delivery date and any delivery charge before completing checkout. Products in the same collection can have different sellers and delivery arrangements, so check each item you intend to order.
Which return policy applies to my purchase?
The return conditions shown for your selected Amazon product apply to that purchase. Read them before ordering and confirm the seller and exact option. If you need help after buying, use your Amazon order details to find the available support and return steps for that particular item.
Choose your next piece of kit
Choose Dumbbells and Weights by weight per piece and total kit contents. Compare the 24 products, then open the matching Amazon listing to confirm your option and complete your purchase.
